Due to Covid-19, this event will be done virtually. Each evening we will be hosting a 30-minute workshop on various topics concerning women's health. The workshop sessions will be done live through Zoom. Below you can see the schedule and register for individual sessions or all the sessions. 
We will be offering a Zoom workout & an outdoor workout on Saturday morning. Please register for those events individually if you would like to attend.

Join Tiffany Allen-Vargus for a 20- minute workshop on how weightlifting can benefit and have an impact on women's health. Should you add strength training to your regular routine? Afterward, there will be a question and answer time.

Understanding Pelvic Pain and How to Get Help with Christine Duffy

Thursday, September 24th at 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Join Christine Duffy, Pelvic Physical Therapist with Kaiser, to discuss pelvic floor muscle anatomy and physiology, common causes of pelvic pain, pain during sexual intercourse, and urinary incontinence in women. She will also discuss how to find a pelvic physical therapist in your area.

Coping with Anxiety & Mental Health During the Pandemic and Beyond with Brittany Shafsky

Friday, September 25th from 7:00 - 7:30 pm

Join Brittany to discuss the topic of anxiety and mental health in women and learn some healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety. The last 10 minutes will be an open question and answer time.

Join Biohacker, Lisa Pattenson, as she breaks down the topic of sleep and what you can do to make bedtime less stressful and get a better night's rest.

Panel Discussion

Today is National Women's Health and Fitness Day. We will have all of our experts together for a panel discussion where they will be answering questions, discussing what lead to their passion for women's health, and sharing ways to promote Women's Health and Fitness.
