Let's celebrate women's health and fitness this year (even if it is virtually)
This event is hosted by and being lead by female health and fitness experts located here in the East Bay. The goal of this event is to empower women to take control of their health, provide education on various topics concerning women's health and fitness, and to motivate each other on our health journeys.
We will be posting blog articles on various topics leading up to the week-long event. So make sure to sign up for updates and check back regularly!
From the 23-30th we will be hosting a 30-minute workshop each evening with a different female specialist who will be sharing their knowledge with you. On Saturday night we will have a Kitchen Dance Party! Finishing up on September 30th, which is officially National Women's Health and Fitness Day, we will have a panel discussion with all of the women and a questions and answers session.
We are hoping to host a live, outdoor workout in a park (TBD) on Saturday, September 26th in the morning, but that will depend on current health and air quality condition. Keep your fingers crossed and stay tuned!
